Tankless Water Heaters Leaking

The first place to check is the plumbing pipes above the water heater. If venting is not working correctly it may occur condensation inside the water heater which leads to leakage problems. In case this happens the leakage might occur or worse still the entire system may fail. If condensation is continuing it might fall the entire system.

Check the plumbing pipes above the water heater using a stepladder if necessary. The most likely scenario in this case is that sediment has built up and corroded the bottom of the tank causing a serious problem and the need for an entirely new water heater.
