Welcome to tacoma world. I just got my 2017 trd sport and didn t realize until a couple days after bringing it home that it only has the b pillar vinyl on the driver side. I don t think it s there for wear protection or any other functional purpose. Just have a look at our 4 inch black out tape pillar post tape in 6 t roll or matte black finish in roll stock and you would sure fall in love with them.
